- **Drive shift-left testing:** participate in every sprint planning session, review stories with developers, assess testability and acceptance criteria, and identify quality risks before implementation.
- **Designed and introduced an AI agent-assisted testing solution** adopted by the squad for test case drafting, execution support, evidence capture and automation code generation, with human review at every stage to validate coverage, results and automation quality, across four releases it supported drafting more than 380 test cases and generating more than 50 automated tests.
